Get relief from pain and improve your overall wellness with chiropractic care. Our non-invasive techniques are tailored to your individual needs, providing effective and personalized treatment.
Chiropractic care is a natural and non-invasive form of healthcare that can provide relief from pain. We use various techniques, such as spinal manipulation, to help align the musculoskeletal system, which can reduce inflammation and tension in the body. This can provide relief from pain caused by conditions such as back and neck pain, headaches, and joint pain. We also focus on identifying and addressing the root cause of the pain, rather than simply treating the symptoms. Through personalized treatment plans, chiropractic care can help patients achieve long-term pain relief and improved overall wellness.

Acupuncture is a natural and holistic approach to pain relief that has been used for centuries. We use thin needles to stimulate specific points on the body, which can help reduce pain by promoting the release of natural painkillers such as endorphins. Acupuncture can be used to treat a variety of pain conditions, such as headaches, back pain, neck pain, and joint pain. Acupuncturists also work to identify and address the root cause of the pain, rather than simply treating the symptoms. Gentle roller-table therapy to loosen tight muscles, improve motion, and prep your spine for care.
What it is:
Intersegmental Traction (IST)—often called a “roller table”—uses smooth, motorized rollers that travel along your spine while you lie comfortably on a cushioned table. The gentle motion helps mobilize the joints between each vertebra, promotes circulation to the discs, and relaxes tight muscles. Most sessions take 8–12 minutes, fully clothed.
Why we use it
Increases segmental joint mobility and flexibility
Reduces muscle tension and spasms
Encourages healthy disc hydration and circulation
Calms the nervous system for stress relief
Prepares your body to get more out of your chiropractic adjustment
What to expect
Lie face-up on a comfortable table; speed and intensity are adjustable
Gentle, rhythmic rolling from the low back up through the mid- and upper-back
Many patients describe it as a relaxing “stretch + massage” combo
Often paired with chiropractic adjustments, EMS, or therapeutic exercise
Who it may help
Desk workers, athletes in training or recovery, people with general back stiffness, and anyone who feels “tight” between visits.
Safety note / when we may modify or avoid IST
We’ll screen for conditions where IST might not be appropriate or needs to be adjusted—such as recent surgery, acute fracture, severe osteoporosis, unstable spinal conditions, or significant neurological findings. If IST isn’t a fit, we’ll recommend alternatives.
